Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Company’s underlying intellectual property to users.
4.2 User Inputs
Users retain ownership of their original Inputs, subject to any third-party rights and applicable law.
By submitting Inputs through the Company’s services, users grant the Company the limited rights necessary to process those Inputs to provide the requested services, subject to the applicable privacy policy and release-specific data handling arrangements.
4.3 AI Outputs
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may use, reproduce, modify, and commercially exploit Outputs generated through their authorized use of the AI models.
The Company does not claim ownership of user-generated Outputs solely because they were generated using its AI technology.
Users remain responsible for determining whether their use of Outputs infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
The Company does not guarantee that Outputs will be unique or that similar or identical Outputs will not be generated for other users.
5. Zero Data Retention – Official Production Releases
Official Production Releases designated by the Company as operating under its Zero Data Retention Policy are subject to the data handling commitments described in the AI Model Privacy Policy.
For qualifying production deployments within the Company’s operational control:
- User prompts are not persistently retained after inference processing.
- Generated responses are not persistently retained after inference processing.
- Conversation histories are not maintained.
- User-submitted documents and files are not retained after processing.
- User interactions are not stored for behavioral profiling.
- User-submitted content is not used for model training or fine-tuning.
Temporary processing necessary to execute inference operations is permitted.
The Zero Data Retention Policy applies subject to the specific deployment, infrastructure arrangements, and scope of operational control described in the AI Model Privacy Policy.
Users acknowledge that independent third-party hosting providers and operators may maintain separate data handling practices.
6. Beta, Experimental, and Testing Versions
Beta, preview, experimental, research, development, and testing versions of our AI models are not automatically covered by the Zero Data Retention Policy.
These versions may collect, process, store, and retain user information, including:
- Prompts and queries.
- Generated responses.
- Conversation histories.
- Uploaded documents and files.
- Technical usage information.
- Feedback and interaction data.
Such information may be used for:
- Model training and fine-tuning.
- Performance evaluation.
- Benchmarking and testing.
- Debugging and troubleshooting.
- Security testing.
- Quality assurance.
- Product development and research.
Users will be informed when accessing a beta or testing version that operates under different data retention practices.
Separate retention periods and data handling arrangements may apply.
Beta and experimental services are provided for evaluation and development purposes and may contain errors, incomplete functionality, or unexpected behavior.
7. Third-Party Integrations, Licensing, and Submodel Usage
Our AI models may be licensed, integrated, incorporated, or otherwise utilized by independent third parties as standalone models, component models, submodels, or parts of larger artificial intelligence systems.
Where our AI technology is deployed, hosted, operated, or integrated into a system managed by an independent third party, the Company cannot guarantee that the third party will follow the Company’s Zero Data Retention Policy.
The following provisions apply:
7.1 Independent Operation
The third party responsible for managing, hosting, or operating the AI system determines its own data collection, processing, logging, storage, and retention practices.
7.2 Data Retention
The managing party may independently retain prompts, outputs, conversation histories, intermediate processing data, user information, and associated technical records, subject to applicable law and its own policies.
7.3 Submodel Usage
Where our AI model operates as a submodel, component, inference layer, or processing element within another AI system, the managing party is responsible for determining how information is processed and retained throughout its system.
7.4 Privacy Policies
Users accessing our technology through third-party platforms, APIs, applications, or integrations should review the applicable privacy policy and terms of the managing party.
7.5 Limitation of Operational Control
The Company does not control independent third-party infrastructure, applications, databases, or information management practices.
Accordingly, the Company does not guarantee the privacy, security, or data retention practices of independent third-party deployments.
This provision does not exclude responsibilities that the Company may have under applicable law or express contractual obligations.
